下睑袋整复术中将眶隔脂肪颗粒游离移植于下睑泪槽凹陷处的效果分析

目的 分析将眶隔脂肪颗粒游离移植于下睑泪槽凹陷处治疗下睑袋整复的效果。方法 选取2019年8月-2021年8月广西炫美医疗美容有限责任公司南宁医疗美容外科诊所行下睑袋整复术患者152例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组76例。对照组实施传统下睑袋整复术治疗,观察组实施下睑袋整复术中将眶隔脂肪颗粒游离移植于患者下睑泪槽凹陷处,比较两组TTRS评分、Barton分级、并发症发生率、SF-36评分。结果 两组术后TTRS评分低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组Barton分级中0级、Ⅰ级患者比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组术后SF-36评分高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在下睑袋整复术中将眶隔游离脂肪颗粒移植于下睑泪槽凹陷位置,可促进下睑袋整复术治疗效果,有效改善患者泪槽凹陷,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量水平。
