肺癌病人化疗期间生存质量的调查研究

目的]探讨化疗期肺癌病人的生存质量。方法]采用中国癌症病人化学生物治疗生活质量量表,对100例首次接受化疗的肺癌病人进行调查。结果]病人在化疗前、中、后的生存质量不同(P<0.001),化疗中肺癌病人生存质量总分、生理指标、其他指标得分较化疗前、化疗后均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.001);化疗后心理指标、社会指标较化疗前、化疗中明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论]化疗会降低肺癌病人的生存质量,化疗前及化疗中应重视生理指标的监测及心理调节。

A urvey of living quality of lung cancer patients during undergoing chemotherapy

Objective: To probe into the living quality of lung cancer patients during chemotherapy.Method:A total of 100 lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy for the first time were investigated by filling out quality of life questionnaire for Chinese cancer patients with chemobiotherapy.Results: The quality of life of lung cancer patients is different before, during and after chemotherapy (P<0.001).The total scores of physiological indexes and other indexes scores of quality of life of lung cancer patients during undergoing chemotherapy were much lower than that of before and after chemotherapy (P<0.05 or P <0.001). Both psychological and social indexes of patients after chemotherapy were obviously higher than that of before and during therapy (P<0.05 or P<0.001). Conclusion: Chemotherapy could lower the quality of life of lung cancer patients. One should pay more attention to both the monitoring of physiological indexes and psychological adjustment of lung cancer patients before and during chemotherapy.
