电视腹腔镜术治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效观察

目的:应用美国Stryker牌电视腹腔镜及手术器械,选择硬膜外麻醉,在腹腔镜下进行各种手术操作,消除子宫内膜异位病灶,松解盆腔粘连,恢复子宫附件的正常解剖位置,或进行子宫切除术+单侧或双侧附件切除术。方法:通过电视腹腔镜术,进行电凝、电灼、剪切手术,对各种类型的子宫内膜异位症进行治疗,通过随访以观测疗效。结果:症状消失者占95.21％,不孕症患者中妊娠率80％,取得了满意的治疗效果。结论:电视腹腔镜术治疗子宫内膜异位症,具有创伤小、恢复快、出血量少、并发症少,术后配合应用丹那唑治疗不易复发的特点,是一种较为理想的手术治疗方法,值得推广应用。

Laparoscope in the treatment of endometriosis

Objective:To evaluate the effect of treatment of endometriosis by laparoscope.Method:80 cases with endometriosis were treated by laparoscope. The procedures involved in removing the focus of endometriosis and the pelvic adhesion,recovering the normal position of uterus, or hysterectomy + one or two uteric adnexa resection. Results: The symptoms of endometriosis were disappeared in 95 . 21 % of the 80 cases, the pregnancy rate of infertility was 80% after operation. Conclusion: Treating endometriosis with laparoscope has many advantages such as little injury, recovering quickly, less bleeding and less complications, lower recurrence rate with the implication of danazol after operation and so
