大鼠急性胰腺炎血清中IL-6浓度的动态变化

目的：制作大鼠急性胰腺炎（AP）模型,探讨AP发病过程中血清IL-6与胰腺病理变化及两者之间的关系。方法：SD大鼠随机分为2组,假手术组和AP组,每组30只,用十二指肠闭襻法制作大鼠的AP模型,各组于造模后6、12、24 h分批处死大鼠,用ELISA法检测血清IL-6,同时取胰腺组织进行病理评分。结果：（1）AP组血清IL-6水平明显高于同时间点假手术组,并随时点延长而升高,P〈0.01;（2）各时间点假手术组的胰腺病理评分均显著低于AP组,P〈0.01;（3）胰腺病理评分与IL-6浓度呈正相关。结论：IL-6的升高在AP的发生发展中起重要作用,且与胰腺病理改变的严重程度呈正相关。

Dynamic Changes of Serum IL-6 Level in Rats with Acute Pancreatitis

Objective： To investigate the dynamic changes of serum IL-6 and pathological changes of pancreas tissue and to observe the relationship between them during the disease process of acute pancreatitis（AP） in model rats.Methods： Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups（30 in each）： Sham operation group（group A） and model group（group B）.All rats were killed in 6,12 and 24 hours after operation respectively,and pancreas histopathologic evaluations and serum IL-6 determination were then carried out.The IL-6 were detected with ELISA technique,and the severity of pancreatitis was evaluated with pathological grading system.Results：（1）Serum IL-6 and histopathologic scores of rats in group B were significantly higher than those of rats in group A at same time points（P〈0.01）;（2）The pathological scores of pancreas of rats in group A were obviously lower than those of rats in group B（P〈0.01）;（3）Direct correlation were found between serum IL-6 levels and histopathologic scores in rats of group B.Conclusions： The activation of IL-6 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of AP.Serum IL-6 correlates directly with histopathologic changes in pancreas.
