柿蒂化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:
目的对柿蒂的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法利用反复硅胶柱色谱对柿蒂中的化学成分进行分离纯化,利用理化性质和MS1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR、HMQC及HMBC等光谱学分析方法进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为24-羟基齐墩果酸(24-hydroxyloleanolic acid,1)、19α,24-二羟基乌苏酸(19,α24-dihydroxy ursolic acid,2)、白桦酸(betulinic acid,3)和barbinervicacid(4)。结论以上4个化合物均为首次从柿蒂中分离得到。

Abstract:
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Calyx Kaki. Methods The constituents of Calyx Kaki were separated by silica gel column chromatography. Structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical evidences and spectroscopic data analysis (MS, 1 H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HMQC, HMBC). Results Four compounds were isolated from the calyx of Diospyros kaki (Thunb.) and identified as 24-hydroxyloleanolic acid (1), 19α,24-dihydroxy ursolic acid (2),betulinic acid (3) and barbinervic acid (4). Conclusion compounds 1,2,3 and 4 are isolated from Calyx Kaki for the first time.
