草珊瑚醋酸乙酯部位化学成分研究

摘    要:
目的:对草珊瑚的化学成分进行分离与鉴定,为研究其活性成分提供参考。方法:利用聚酰胺、正相硅胶、Sepha-dex LH-20柱色谱和HPLC进行化合物的分离与纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从草珊瑚70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:异东莨菪素(1),syringaresinol monoside(2),styraxjaponoside B(3),5-O-caf-feoylshikimic acid(4),shizukanolide E(5),异落新妇苷(6),新异落新妇苷(7),落新妇苷(8),新落新妇苷(9)。结论:化合物1~7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the plant of Sarcandra glabra and provide reference for the study of the bioactive substances.Method: The compounds were isolated from the EtOH extract by various chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by their physico-chemical properties and the analysis of their spectral data.Result: Nine compounds were isolated and identified as isoscopletin(1),syringaresinol monoside(2),styraxjaponoside B(3),5-O-caffeoylshikimic acid(4),shizukanolide...
