| 摘 要： | 尿毒症患者存在着凝血与纤溶系统的异常改变 ,血液透析可以使这种变化更加明显。高凝状态及随后发生的纤溶亢进可以降低维持性血液透析患者的透析质量 ,对患者的生存质量及长期存活产生影响。本文就这一改变的发生机制、研究现状、对患者的影响、临床指标 ,及改善措施进行综述

| Abstract: | There are abnormal changes of coagulation and fibrinolysis system in uremic patients with chronic renal failure,which are increased during hemodialysis.Hypercoagulability and consequent enhanced fibrinolytic activity could reduce the hemodialytic quality of patients and affect the living quality and long term survival of them.This paper had reviewed the on the focus of mechanism,study condition in present,the effect to patients,clinical indexes and improving measures of the changes. |
