| 加顺铂或卡铂的CMF方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效比较 | |

| 摘 要： | １９８７年至１９９２年我科使用含卡铂方案（主要是ＣＭＦ＋卡铂治疗转移性乳腺癌２０例，含顺铂方案（ＣＭＦ＋顺铂）治疗２２例。结果含卡铂组有效率为４５％。其中ＣＲ率为１５％，含顺铂组有效率为５０％，ＣＲ率为１０％，两者无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。两方案的毒性主要是骨髓抑制，三系均有减少，含卡铂方案对血小板和红细胞的抑制比含顺铂方案大，而胃肠道毒性则相反。 |

| Abstract: | cases of advanced breast cancer were treated mainly with carhop-latin +CMF regimen and 22 cases with cisplatin-+CMF regimen. Response rate was 45%(with 15% CR), 50 % ( with 10% CR), respectively. There was no statistical difference bet-ween them (p>0.05). Myelosuppression was the main toxicity in both groups. Suppressionof PCT and RBC was more serious in the carboplatin - cantaining regimentthan that inthe cisplatin- cantaining one, and the gastrointestinal tract reaction was in reversed order. |
