磁共振诊断颞叶癫痫的研究进展

摘    要:颞叶癫痫占药物难治性癫痫的70%~80%,大多数可通过手术治疗。因此,术前对致痫灶的定位显得尤为重要。其中海马硬化是难治性颞叶癫痫最常见的病理学类型,而海马硬化的诊断标准,尤其是早期硬化诊断标准是什么?本文就目前海马硬化诊断的磁共振成像研究进展予以综述。

Abstract:Most(70%- 80% )of the intractable epilepsy induced by medicine is the temporal lobe epilepsy, which can mostly be treated by surgery. Therefore, it is especially important to locate the epileptogenic focus before operation. Hippocampal sclerosis is the most common histopathologic type of the intractable temporal epilepsy. What are the diagnostic criteria of hippocampal sclerosis, especially the diagnostic criteria of the early sclerosis? This review summarized the present research progresson the diagnose of hippocampal sclerosis by MRI.
