河北省2003年城乡居民慢性病患病状况调查

目的：研究河北省城乡居民慢性病患病状况，为制定慢性病预防控制规划、政策提供依据。方法：采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法抽取河北省10个区（县）20529人，以入户方式询问被调查者慢性病患病状况，分析样本人群慢性病患病率及疾病构成。结果：居民慢性病总患病率为16．952％，城市（29．669％）高于农村（12．633％），女性（18．934％）高于男性（14．990％），25岁以后随着年龄的增长患病率呈快速上升趋势。患病率最高的前5位疾病依次是循环系疾病（7．852％）、运动系疾病（2．367％）、消化系疾病（1．905％）、呼吸系疾病（1．408％）、内分泌代谢疾病（0．984％），占全部慢性病病例的85．63％。结论：高血压、心脑血管疾病是威胁居民健康的首要疾病，是慢性病防治工作的重点疾病，而青年人群的慢性胃肠疾病和椎间盘疾病防治也应引起重视。

A SURVEY ON THE PREVALENCE OF CHRONIC DISEASES IN HEBEI PROVINCE

Objective:To analyze the prevalence of chronic diseases in Hebei Province.Methods:20 529 residents from 10 districts in Hebei Province were selected by multistage stratified sampling,and they were investigated with questionnaire from Sep.to Oct.in 2003.Results:The total prevalence rate of chronic diseases was 16.952%,and it was higher in the urban(29.669%) than that in the rural(12.633%),higher in women(18.934%) than in men(14.990%).The prevalence rate significantly increased with rising of age above 25 years old.The first five of the most prevalent chronic diseases were those of circulation system(7.852%),movement system(2.367%),digestion system(1.905%),respiration system (1.408%) and endocrine system(0.984%),and they occupied 85.63% of all the cases.Conclusion:Hypertension and cardiovascular diseases were the first three kinds of the most prevalent chronic diseases,and they would be the main diseases to control and prevent.Meanwhile chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer and intervertebral disk diseases in the young people should be also concerned.
