| 摘 要： | [目的]观察针药并举治疗血管神经性头痛疗效。[方法]对62例血管神经性头痛使用针灸配合中药自拟通络祛风止痛汤治疗,10天为1个疗程,治疗期间停服其他药物。治疗4个疗程进行疗效评定。[结果]治愈31例,有效29例,无效2例,总有效率96.77%。[结论]针灸配合中药治疗头痛疗效显著,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广应用。
