| 摘 要： | [目的]观察以卫气营血传变理论为指导,"先证而治"治疗外感高热疗效。[方法]根据卫气营血理论,热在卫分,卫气分药同用,银翘白虎汤加清热解毒之类。热在气分,急挫热势,防止津液亏耗,白虎汤加清热解毒之品。邪入营血,病势重笃危急,采用清热透营,凉血解毒法,以清营汤合犀角地黄汤加泄热之品。[结果]临床治愈49例,显效21例,无效6例,总有效率92.11%。[结论]"先证而治"大法,先发制药,先药于证,先药一步,可达到有效控制病势,切断病机转变的目的。
