结合颈部解剖和十二经筋理论对颈源性头痛的治疗探析

头痛的原因多而复杂,是临床的常见症状之一。在祖国医学中,头痛一证首见于《内经》、《素问.风论》将其称之为"首风"、"脑风",并指出外感与内伤是导致头痛发生的主要病因。抛开颅脑内器质性病变等原因,头痛的发生与颈椎或颈部软组织的器质性或功能性病损也有密切的关系。1983年Sjaastad等首次将与颈部病变有关的头痛称之为颈源性头痛,并随后得到了多学科专家的重视。颈源性头痛的治疗方法主要是口服非甾体抗炎药物,头部针灸、理疗、推拿、头部痛点注射、头部神经干阻滞(包括枕大神经或耳大神经阻滞)等,其中针灸在颈源性头痛的治疗中以其效果好,副作用小等得到了广大临床医生的重视。笔者就近年来针灸在颈源性头痛的治疗中结合头项部神经解剖及十二经筋理论做一简要概述。
