| 摘 要： | [目的]观察脑葆胶囊治疗中风半身不遂的临床疗效。[方法]将220例随机分为两组,治疗组160例予脑葆胶囊治疗,对照组60例予华佗再造丸治疗。两组治疗2疗程(56d)进行疗效判定。按"汉语半身不遂检查法"评分,比较两组治疗前后的疗效和两组药物对血液流变学变化进行比较。[结果]治疗组总有效率为86.30%,对照组总有效率为65.00%,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血液流变学较治疗前和对照组治疗后明显下降(P<0.05)。[结论]脑葆胶囊治疗中风半身不遂疗效确切。
