| 摘 要： | [目的]观察补中益气汤加减治疗慢性肾炎(CGN)蛋白尿的临床疗效。[方法]将64例患者随机分为两组,每组各32例,在治疗过程中治疗组脱落2例。两组患者均予饮食调控,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上服用补中益气汤加减治疗。治疗15d为1疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率96.60%,对照组总有效率75.00%。两组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、尿常规与治疗前比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组治疗后以上各指标比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补中益气汤加减治疗CGN脾肾气虚证具有明显改善症状、减少尿蛋白等作用,与单纯西医治疗相比有显著优势。 |
