| 摘 要： | [目的]观察自拟芎芷逍遥散治疗经行头痛的临床疗效。[方法]将80例随机分为两组,治疗组48例采用穹芷逍遥散临证加减治疗,每3个月经周期为1个疗程;对照组32例采用盐酸氟桂嗪、尼莫地平口服,4～8w为1疗程。两组治疗1疗程后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组治愈35例,好转12例,无效1例,总有效率97.92%。对照组治愈10例,好转14例,无效7例,总有效率77.42%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟穹芷逍遥散临证加减治疗经行头痛临床疗效显著。
