| 摘 要： | 震颤麻痹又称帕金森病,是一种发生于中老年人常见的锥体外系疾病。临床主要症状为静止性震颤、僵直、运动徐缓及姿势反射丧失等,并有面具脸,头部前倾,躯干俯屈,行走时上肢无摆动及慌张步态等特殊姿态。中医辨证论治可以延缓其病程进展,减轻症状,减少相关西药用量,可提高患者的生活质量。
