| 摘 要： | "司疏泄者肝也。"肝主疏泄,调畅气机,疏通三焦,调节水液代谢,对膀胱正常气化起着不可忽视的作用。足厥阴肝经绕阴器,至小腹。肝经湿热循经下行,火结膀胱,膀胱失约,亦可导致尿路感染;肝火炽盛,火郁下焦,龙胆泻肝汤和八正散加减运用;肝郁气滞,膀胱气化不利,可用沉香散;肝经湿热,火结膀胱治宜清利肝经湿热,可选柴胡,黄芩、黄柏、黄连、龙胆草、栀子、滑石、泽泻、木通、灯芯草、野菊花等药味加减。肝郁日久,脾肾两虚,气化无权方用无比山药丸和补中益气汤。 |

| Abstract: | Urinary infection is the most common clinical infectious diseases,urinary system in traditional medicine into shower card category.But in clinical practice and liver disease found the adverse,qi stagnation,the liver help under-focusing the damp and hot miss reason such as bladder related,this paper urine from liver and discuss about the treatment are my teacher clinical value in liver treatment from urine feeling. |
