| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨从肝论治功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法]将65例随机分为两组,治疗组33例采用加味四逆散加减治疗,对照组32例口服多潘立酮。两组均治疗1个疗程(4w)后判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效15例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率93.90%。对照组痊愈10例,显效16例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率90.60%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]四逆散加减治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著。
