1997年我国部分地区多死因填写情况分析

目的 通过专题调查描述我国居民死亡医学证明书中对多死因填写的状况。方法 对我国四个死因点１９９７年１５３１７例死亡的死因实际填写情况进行审核后归纳、汇总并计算有关指标。结果 死亡原因的平均报告情况数为１．７２，有随死亡组年龄增加而上升的趋势。根本死因为循环系病、慢性下呼吸道疾病和糖尿病的平均编码数为１．７０以上，在前１０位死因中，不同程度地伴有其他影响居民健康的疾病。结论 对多数死亡不宜对一种死因

Analysis on Filling of Multiple causes of Death in Part Areas in china,1997

Objective To describe the filling status of multiple causes of death in medical certificate of death in China by a special survey.Methods To check the real filling status of cause of death in 15 317 decedents died in 1997 in four mortality statistical areas of our country.Results The mean of causes of death reported is 1 72.There is a ascending trend when the age of decedent increased.The means of coding as underlying cause of death for disease of circulating system,chronic diseases of low respiratory tract and diabetes mellitus are 1 70 or higher.In the first ten cause of death,some other diseases that effected the residents' health were involved in a different degree.Conclusion It is not suitable to describe most deaths with only one cause of death.It should be to apply an analysis of multiple cause of death so that the condition effecting residents' health will be observed and expatiated in deep when a person was suffering from more than one disease at the same time.
