85例早期新生儿死亡回顾性分析

目的:了解丰台区早期新生儿死亡发生的影响因素,制定有效的预防措施降低早期新生儿死亡率。方法:对丰台区13所产科医院2000~2004年早期新生儿死亡病例进行回顾性分析。结果:早期新生死亡率为2.48‰,主要死亡原因是早产、窒息、畸形。足月早期新生儿死亡的主要原因是窒息。结论:加强围产期保健和孕期宣教,增强个人的自我保护意识,做好高危妊娠的筛查与管理,加强产时监护,及时处理胎儿宫内窘迫,正确选择分娩方式,可降低早期新生儿死亡发生率。

Retrospective analysis on death of 85 cases of early neonate

Objective:To understand the influence factors of the early neonate's death and make the effective precautionary measures,so as to reduce the neonatal death rate.Methods:Retrospective analysis on 85 early neonatal death cases of 13 maternity hospitals in Fengtai District from 2000 to 2004.Results:The early neonatal death rate of the result was 2.48%,the early neonatal main cause of death was premature delivery,secondly suffocate,the third was deformity,mature early neonatal main cause of death was suffocate.Conclusion:Strengthen the health care in childbirth period and education in pregnancy period,enhance the personal sense of self-protection,do well the managent to the high danger pregnant,close supervise the childbirth,timely deal with hard pressed of foetus,correctly choose the way of childbirth,in order to reduce the incidence of the early neonatal death,thus reduce greatly the death rate of children under the age of 5.
