参芪复方合剂对胰岛素抵抗大鼠的治疗作用及机制

摘    要:
目的 观察参芪复方合剂对胰岛素抵抗大鼠的治疗作用及机制。方法 雄性SD大鼠建立胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型。参芪复方组给予参芪复方合剂,8周后检测空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)和瘦素(LP),计算稳态模型抵抗指数(HOMA—IR)值。结果 高脂肪饲料组较对照组FINS、LP和HOMA—IR显著升高,FBG无明显变化;高脂肪饲料组大鼠LP与FINS、HOMA—IK显著正相关;参芪复方组大鼠HOMA—IR、FINS和LP显著降低;参芪复方组较二甲双胍组胰岛素、IR值和瘦素差异无显著性。结论 高脂肪饲料喂养SD大鼠4周能形成IR大鼠模型,并伴有高瘦素血症。参芪复方合剂能有效改善大鼠IR。

Abstract:
[Objective] To observe the effects of Shenqi Compound on insulin resistance induced by high-fat diet in rats. [Methods] Established insulin resistance model in male Spraque-Dawley rats. Shenqi Compound group was fed on Shenqi Compound. LP, FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR after 8 weeks were measured. [Results] FINS, LP, HOMA-IR in rats fed on high fat diet were significantly increased when compared with normal control group, but FBG has no obvious change; in rats fed on high fat-diet, Leptin was positively related to FINS and HOMA-IR; HOMA-IR, FINS and LP of rats in Shenqi Compound group decreased significantly. No significant difference on FINS, IR and LP were observed between Shenqi Compound group and Mefformin group. [Conclusion] High fat diet can induce insulin resistance and hyperleptinemia after 4 weeks in SD rats. Shenqi Compound can improve IR in rats.
