儿童颅脑损伤84例临床分析

目的：探讨儿童颅脑损伤的临床特点,以提高治疗效果,改善预后,方法：对84例儿童颅脑损伤的患儿进行了回顾性分析总结。结果：男性62例,女性22例,入院时GCS评分：3－5分4例,6－8分11例,9－12分52例,13－15分17例,半年后随访,GOS评分：痊愈73例（86．9％）,轻残5例（5．95％）,重残1例（1．2％）,死亡5例（5．95％）,结论：儿童颅脑损伤的临床表现与成人相较有明显差异,而预后较成人好,准确判断,及早治疗和早期预防各种并发症是提高治疗效果的关键。

The Clinical Analyzing of 84 Cases of Head Injury in Children

Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics of head injury in children for improving the theraeutic effect and prognosis.Methods:Eighty-four head injured children were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There were 62 cases of male and 22 cases of female.The GOS scores obtained half year after discharg:73 cases recovered,5 cases had mild morbidity,1 case had severe deficit and 5 cases died.Conclusion:The clinical presentations of children head injury had obvious differences compared with the adults,and the prognosis was better.It is very important to obtain accurate judgment ,take effective action as early as possible and prevent complications at early stage.
