腹部温针治疗肾虚型腰椎间盘突出症的远红外热断层扫描研究

摘    要:目的:用远红外热断层扫描成像系统观察温针关元治疗腰椎间盘突出症的,临床疗效。方法:62例患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例,对照组30例,对照组针刺取穴大肠俞、关元俞、环跳、委中、承山、阳陵泉、阿是穴。治疗组在对照组取穴的基础上加温针关元,四周为一疗程。结果:治疗组愈显有效率93-8%,高于对照组77-0%,差异有显著意义(P〈0-01),TTM显示腰部温度治疗组与对照组相比,差异有显著意义(P〈0-05),下腹部温度差异有非常显著意义(P〈0-01)。结论:治疗腰椎间盘突出症不但应在背部取位,还应加用腹部温针治疗以补肾气,并阴中求阳,可提高临床疗效。

The study of TTM on the treatment of kidney lumbar disc herniation with abdominal temperature needle
Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical effect on treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with tepid acupuncture Guanyuan in TTM (thermal texture maps system)- Methods: 62 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group (n=32) and control group (n=30)- The patients in control group were treated with acupuncture on bilateral Dachangshu, Guanyuan Shu, Huantiao, Weizhong, Chengshan, Yanglin Quan, A Shixue- And the patients in treatment group were treated with tepid acupuncture on Guanyuan for take 4 weeks as a treatment course- Results: The efficiency of treatment group up to 93-8%, was higher than 77-0% of control group (P〈0-05)- TTM showed that the temperature of renal region of patients in treatment group was higher than control group (P〈0-05), which difference has significantly meaning and the temperature of hypogastric region of patients in treatment group was much higher than control group (P〈0-01), which also has significantly meaning- Conclusion: To treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion should not only take local acupuncture points, which also add the warm-kidney acupuncture pints- Only using this treatment to resolve both the symptoms and root causes, can we improve the clinical effect-
