发热门诊患者诊疗意识的调查分析

目的：了解发热门诊患者对诊疗环境的看法及诊疗意识。方法：自行设计问卷，对我院发热门诊患者进行问卷调查。结果：共发放问卷322份，有效问卷316份，占98％，患者主要对医务人员的着装、就诊环境存在不同程度的心理不适感，对疾病的诊疗存有多种错误的理解和认识，缺乏对呼吸道传染性疾病知识的认识。结论：针对患者存在的问题加强宣教，减少患者各种错误的理解和认识，减轻患者在发热门诊就诊的不适感，提高患者对发热门诊医务人员的满意度，加强医患关系之间的和谐。

An analysis of the treatment consciousness of fever patients

Objective： For learning fever patients＇ opinions and treatment consciousness to the clinic environment. Methods： Designing questionnaire and sending it to the fever patients in our hospital. Results： 322 questionnaires were handed out, 316 valid accounted for 98%, main psychological discomfort of patients was caused by medical staff dress and treatment environment, they also had many wrong understanding to diagnosis and treatment of disease and lack of the knowledge of respiratory tract infection. Conclusion： Enhancing the mission to the patients to reduce the wrong understanding and the discomfort of fever patients, improving patients＇ satisfaction to medical staff, promoting the harmony between the doctor-patient relationships.
