慢性肾病患者中医治疗研究

目的：探讨慢性肾病的中医治疗方法及效果。方法：将我院2005年6月~2010年6月收治的慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例，对照组采用常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用益肾活血升清泄浊法（口服汤剂＋灌肠）治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血清肌酐、尿素氮、内生肌酐的水平。两组均以8周为一个疗程。结果：一个疗效后，观察组的总有效率为83．3％（53／60）显著高于对照组56．7％（34／60），P〈0．05。且观察组的血清肌酐、尿素氮、内生肌酐的改善幅度显著优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：益肾活血升清泄浊治疗CRF疗效满意。

A study on treating chronic kidney disease in TCM

Objective： To discuss the treatment methods and effects of treating chronic kidney disease in TCM. Methods： Randomly divided 120 cases with chronic renal failure （CRF） in our hospital from June 2005 to June 2010 into observation group and control group, each group had 60 cases, the control group treated with conventional western medicine while the observation treated with Yishen Huoxue Shenqing Xiezhuo decoction （oral plus enema） based on the control group, comparing the effect and the level of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, endogenous creatinine with two group patients. 8 weeks as a course. Results： After one course treatment, the total efficient rate of observation group was 83.3% （53/60） obviously higher than control group＇s 56.7% （34/60）, P〈0.05. The improvement margin of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, endogenous creatinine in observation group was obviously better than control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Treating CRF with Yishen Huoxue Shengqing Xiezhuo decoction can make a good effect.
