心脏X综合征患者ATP负荷^99m^TC-MIBI心肌灌注显像分析

摘    要:
目的总结和分析心脏X综合征患者ATP负荷^99m^TC-MIBI心肌灌注显像(ATP—MPI)的特点。方法选取临床符合心脏X综合征诊断标准的患者28例,分别行ATP负荷及静息心肌灌注显像,并分析显像结果。结果11例男性患者中有7例(63.64%)出现异常心肌灌注显像,其中有6例(85.71%)表现为可逆性分布,1例(14.29%)表现为反向再分布;17例女性患者中有12例(70.59%)出现异常心肌灌注显像,其中9例(75%)表现为可逆性缺损,3例(25%)表现为反向再分布。男女性出现异常心肌灌注显像的比例无统计学意义(P〉O.05)。结论ATP负荷^99m^TC-MIBI心肌灌注显像是评价心脏x综合征冠状动脉微循环病变的一种有效方法。

Abstract:
Objective To clarify the imaging characteristics of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) using ^99m^TC-MIBI SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging in patients with cardiac syndrome X. Methods Twenty-eight patients diagnosed with cardiac syndrome X were enrolled in this study.They all underwent adenosine triphosphate (ATP) using ^99m^TC-MIBI SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging. Results 7 out of 11 male patients with cardiac syndrome X showed abnormal perfusion imaging (63.64%),among abnormalitites 6 cases (85.71%) of expression was reversible defects, 1 case (14.29%) showed reverse redistribution.17 female patients with cardiac syndrome X had 12 cases (70.59%) with abnormal perfusion defects,among them 9 cases (75%) showed reversible defects and 3 cases (25%) showed reverse redistribution. There was no significant difference between two genders (P〉0.05). Conclusion Adenosine triphosphate infusion 99mTC-MIBI myocardial perfusion tomography is an effective method in the detection of microcirculatory pathological changes of coronary artery in patients with cardiac syndrome X.
