摘    要:目的建立测定金甲排石胶囊中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的HPLC测定方法。方法采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱,甲醇-水(78:22)为流动相,检测波长为294nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果厚朴酚在0.56μg~1.68μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.40%,RSD为1.4%(n=6);和厚朴酚在0.116μg~0.347μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.26%,RSD为1.6%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,专属性强,重现性好,可用于金甲排石胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC for determination of magnolol and honokiol in Jinjiapaishi Capsules. Methods A Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water(78: 22) , the detecting wavelength was at 294 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results The linear range of magnolol was within 0. 56 μg - 1.68 μg,r =0. 9999,the average sample recovery was 99. 40% with RSD of 1.4% ( n = 6 ) ; the linear range of honokiol was within 0. 116 μg - 0. 347 μg, r = 0. 9999, the average sample recovery was 99. 26% with RSD of 1.6% (n = 6). Conclusion This method has good repeatability,flexibility and high sensitivity. It can be used for quality control of Jinjiapaishi Capsules.
