腹部手术后肠瘘的治疗分析（附24例报告）

目的 探讨腹部手术后肠瘘的治疗方法和预防。方法 回顾分析我院2000年1月至2006年12月治疗的24例肠瘘患者临床资料。结果 24例患者中，手术治愈7例，非手术治愈12例，死亡5例。结论 做好围手术期处理是可以避免或减少腹部手术后肠瘘的发生的。肠瘘可通过手术方式治愈，部分病人经积极保守治疗亦可以治愈。

The therapeutic analysis of intestinal fistula After abdominal surgery (A report of 24 cases)

Objective To discuss the treatment and prevention of intestinal fistula after abdominal surgery. Methods From Januory 200 to December 2006,24 cases with intestinal fistulas of postoperative abdominal surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results 7 cases were cured by operative treatment and 12 cases were cured by conservative treatment, 5 cases died. Conclusion Intestinal fistula can be avoided or reduced with good perioperative management after abdominal surgery. Intestinal fistula can be cured by surgical method, and some patients who were positive conservative treatment can be also cured through aggressive conservative treatment.
