摘    要:
近端等流速面面积(PISA)法测定流量是基于点状孔推演出来的。为证实二尖瓣狭窄(MS)球囊成形术(PBMV)后该方法测算瓣口面积(MVA)是否仍然适用,选取连续20例接受PBMV治疗的风湿性MS患者,在PBMV前、后24小时内行彩色多普勒检查,结果与心导管测值比较,显示PSIA法测算的MVA和导管测值的相关性在PBMV前、后无显著性差异,而传统的压差半降时间法在PBMV后显著低估导管测值。

Abstract:
The proximal isovelocity surface area (PISA) method is perfectly accurate with the assump tion that the orifice size is infinite. To validate the usefulness of the PISA method in assessment of the balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV)result. 20 consecutive patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis were included in this study. Echocardiogrphic investigation was undertaken within 24 hours before and after PBMV. Results showed that mitral valve areas calculated with PISA method may predict Well the results derived from the Gorlin's equa tion, however, pressure half-time method significantly underestimated the latter. Therefore, the conclusion was drawn that estimating mitral valve area with PISA method is feasible and accurate in the,setting of PBMV.
