嘉峪关市在校大学生艾滋病认知状况调查

目的 了解嘉峪关市在校大学生对艾滋病的认识、态度及个人信念情况,为今后有针对性地在大学生中开展艾滋病健康教育干预措施提供相关信息和依据.方法 采用随机抽样方法对在校的203名青年学生,采用统一设计的匿名问卷进行现场调查,收集有关艾滋病知识、态度和行为方面资料进行统计分析.结果 203名大学生中对艾滋病基本知识的总知晓率为94.85％,对“蚊虫叮咬”和“共用剃须刀、牙刷”是否传播艾滋病这一问题回答正确率相对较低.艾滋病相关危险行为中,54.68％的学生“输血时询问过血液是否经过合格的HIV抗体检测”,21.18％的学生有过婚前性行为,37.93％的学生“对艾滋病有恐慌情绪”,93.60％的学生“关心不歧视艾滋病病人”,74.38％的学生主要通过电视、网络获取艾滋病知识信息.结论 大学生艾滋病综合防治基本知识达到90.00％以上,对艾滋病的非传播途径还缺乏正确认识,在艾滋病相关危险行为中安全意识不强,有婚前性行为的出现.建议加强对学校的艾滋病宣传教育工作,提高在校大学生的自我保护意识,减少高危行为的发生.

Survey on the Cognition of AIDS Among College Students in Jiayuguan

OBJECTIVES To find out the college students＇ understanding, attitude and personal principle of AIDS, provide relevant information and the basis for future targeted AIDS health education and interventions among college students. METHODS Random sampling 203 college students at school, using anonymous questionnaire to survey, statistical analyzing the information of their knowledge, attitude and behavior of AIDS. RESULTS The total rate of understanding the basic knowledge of AIDS among 203 college students is 94.85%, the rate of correct answers whether AIDS would spread through ＂ mosquito bites＂ and ＂ shared razors, toothbrushes＇ is relatively low. In some dangerous behaviors related with AIDS, 54.68% students claimed that they had inquired ＂ whether a qualified blood test have been done before the transfusion＂, 21.18% students claimed that they had premarital sex experience, 37.93% students claimed that they felt panic about AIDS, 93.60% students claimed that they concerned about discrimination against AIDS patients, 74.38% students obtained the knowledge of AIDS by TV and internet. CONCLUSION The proportion of the college students who has the basic knowledge of AIDS prevention and control is above 90.00%, but they are lack of a correct understanding of non-transmission routes of AIDS, their safety awareness in the risk of AIDS-related behaviors is not strong enough, some of them has premarital sex. Proposing to strengthen the school＇s publicity and education work towards AIDS, improve self- protection awareness of the college students, reduce high-risk behavior.
