广州市越秀区2006-2010年孕产妇死亡分析

目的 探讨广州市越秀区孕产妇死亡原因及相关因素,以采取相应有效的干预措施.方法 收集越秀区12家产科医院2006-2010年死亡孕产妇40例,对孕产妇死亡原因及相关因素进行回顾性分析.结果 2006-2010年越秀区孕产妇死亡原因居前三位的是：妊娠合并心脏病、妊娠合并重症肺炎和重度子痫,孕产妇死亡与文化程度低、经济收入低、计划外妊娠以及产检次数少等因素密切相关.结论 加强个人及家庭保健意识,提高产前检查率,建立和完善重症孕产妇转诊机制,有效提高孕产妇抢救成功率.

The Analysis of the Death of Maternal Women in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou

OBJECTIVE To explore the causes and factors of the death of maternal women, and make effective intervention. METHOD To collect data of 40 death maternal women from 12 maternity hospitals of Yuexiu District from 2006 to 2010. Retrospective analysis was made to find out the causes and factors of the death of maternal women. RESULTS The top three causes of death are heart disease, severe pneumonia and severe preeclampsia. The death of maternal women are closely related with low level of education, low income, unplanned pregnancy and lacking of maternity examine. CONCLUSION Enhancing the health awareness, promoting maternity examine rate and establishing effective referral mechanism all effectively contribute to improe the successful rate of resuscitation.
