儿科护理人员心理压力排解的应对措施

目的 探讨儿科护理人员面临的心理压力及其应对方式,为减轻儿科护理人员心理压力提供可靠依据.方法 采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行问卷调查,根据发现的问题采取相应措施及对策.结果 儿科护理人员的工作性质与强度可直接影响护理人员的心理健康,她们的心理压力较大,心理健康状况较一般人群差.干预后各因子分与干预前比较,均有显著差异;排名前8位的症状发生率在干预后均明显下降.结论 针对儿科护理人员存在的心理压力,通过实施营造一个良好的工作和生活环境,提高业务技术水平等综合干预措施,可明显提高儿科护理人员的心理健康水平.

Measures and Solutions to Release Psychological Stress of the Pediatrics Nursing Staffs

OBJECTIVE To investigate psychological stress and solution for nurses .working in the pediatric department, and to provide reliable evidence for pressure relieving. METHODS A survey was carried out by using the rating scale （SCL-90）questionnaire, then corresponding measures were employed according to the problems. RESULTS The nature and strength of the work influenced the mental health of the pediatrics nursing staff directly. They are under heavy psychological pressure and psychological health condition is poor. There is a significant improvement after intervention. The top eight symptoms obviously improved after intervention. CONCLUSIONS Pediatrics nursing staffs have psychological pressure. A good working environment and advanced business technology as parts of the comprehensive intervention measures would obviously improve the mental health of nurses working in the pediatric department.
