| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白细胞介素18(IL-18)与动脉粥样硬化及其它心血管病危险因素的关系.方法用双抗体夹心酶联免疫反应方法测定32例冠心病患者及对照组14名健康者的血浆IL-18的水平.比较各组间IL-18的差异及IL-18与各心血管危险因素的关系.结果冠心病组患者血浆IL-18水平明显高于对照组,其中不稳定性心绞痛组IL-18与稳定性心绞痛组及对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001).且IL-18与C-反应蛋白(CRP)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、胆固醇(CH)高度相关.结论 IL-18水平是反映冠脉粥样病变的炎症反应的主要指标之一,也是预示急性冠脉事件发生的标志. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the associateion of IL 18 with atherosclerosis and some risk factors of cardiovascular disease.Methods Plasma IL 18 level were measured by ELISA,and blood level of CRP,lipids,WBC were determined by relevant biochemical assay in 46 subjects.Results Plasma IL 18 concentrations increased in patients with coronary heart disease,mainly in patients with unstable angina pectoris( P <0.01)and correlated with CRP,LDL,CH.Conclusion IL 18 plays a major role of inflammation in atherosclerosis and the level of IL 18 may be one marker of acute coronary artery event. |
