| 摘 要： | 目的 了解癫痫病人的心理健康水平，提高癫痫病人的治疗效果。方法 对42例癫痫病人进行症状自评量表（SCL-90）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评定。结果 癫痫病人的心理健康水平比较低，常有明显的焦虑和抑郁等。结论 对癫痫病人在抗癫痫治疗的同时，应特剐关注病人的心理健康，加强心理治疗，必要时及时应用抗抑郁或抗焦虑药物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mental health in the patients with epilepsy.Methods 42 patients with epilepsy were tested with SCL-90 and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA).Results The epilepsy patient's psychological health level is lower than the normal person's,and often have obvious anxiety and depression,etc.Conclusion We should pay attention to the mental health of the patients with epilepsy,It is necessary to carry on the psychotherapy,Antidepressants and antianxietic shoud be used in some patients with depression and anxiety. |
