33例消化道瘘患者的治疗配合与护理

目的:总结我院33例消化道瘘患者的临床治疗护理配合与护理经验。方法:本组病例消化道瘘发生后治疗上采用营养支持、充分引流与腹腔感染控制、注重并发症的防治等。结果:护理上密切配合治疗,护理中我们加强营养支持护理、瘘口皮肤护理、基础生活护理、心理护理等护理措施。结论:提高了患者的生活质量,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,治愈率为96.77%,取得了满意效果。

The Nursing in Coordination with Clinical Treatment of the 33 Patients with Digestive Tract fistula

Objectice: To summarize the experience of the nursing in coordination with clinical treatment of the 33 patients with digestive tract fistula in our hospital.Method: They were treated by nutritious support,sufficient drainage,controlling abdomen infection,paying attention to the the therapy of complications and so on after their digestive tract fistula had happened.The nursing by nutritio~s support was strengthened,and the nursing for skin around the orificium,basic living and psychology as well.Result: The patients' living quality was improved.The duration of hospitalization was shortened.The cost of hospitalization was cut down.The rate of cure was 96.77%,which was satisfactory.
