救心胶囊对损伤内皮细胞黏附因子表达的影响

【目的】研究救心胶囊对缺氧和低密度脂蛋白（LDL）血管内皮细胞（EC）损伤的保护作用。【方法】采用体外细胞培养技术，制造缺氧和LDL内皮损伤模型。采用免疫组化方法观察救心胶囊对血管内皮黏附分子-1（VCAM-1）和细胞间黏附分子-1（ICAM-1）的影响。【结果】在缺氧或者LDL状态下，内皮细胞黏附分了（VCAM-1，ICAM-1）表达显著增加。救心胶囊可明显地抑制内皮细胞黏附因子的表达率。【结论】救心胶囊对缺氧和LDL造成的内皮细胞有保护作用。

Influence of Jiuxin Capsule on Expression of Adhesion Factors in Damaged Endothelial Cells

Objective] To study the proective effect of Jiuxin capsule against hypoxia and blood endothelium injury by low density lipoprotein(LDL).Methods] Hypoxia and blood endothelium injury were induced in cell culture in vitro. The influence of Jiuxin capsule on adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) in blood endothelium was observed with immunohistochemistry.Results] The expression of VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 was obviously increased in the hypoxia or LDL state. The Jiuxin capsule may obviously down-regulated this expression.Conclusion] The Jiuxin capsule may protect the endothelium cell against injury induced by hypoxia and LDL.
