Ezrin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:
目的:探讨Ezrin蛋白在肺非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法,检测45例在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)、20例正常肺组织(NL)中Ezrin蛋白的表达。结果:Ezrin蛋白在鳞癌、腺癌、鳞腺癌、大细胞癌阳性率分别为63.64%(14/22),70.00%(7/10),71.43%(5/7),66.67%(4/6),Ezrin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌总的阳性率为66.67%(30/45),Ezrin蛋白在正常肺组织阳性表达率为100%(20/20),两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Ezrin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌主要表达于胞浆,在正常肺组织主要表达于胞膜,Ezrin蛋白的阳性表达与肺癌组织学类型、肿瘤分化程度、肺癌分期无关,而与有无淋巴结转移有关。结论:Ezrin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌表达下降且表达部位发生移位,可能与非小细胞肺癌发生发展及远处转移有关。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clincal significance and the expression of ezrin protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:Immunohistochemical method were used to Examine ezrin protein of the sections from 45 cases of NSCLC and 20 normal lung tissues( NL ).Results:The positive rate of Ezrin expression in squamous cell carcinoma,adenocarcinoma,adenosquamous carcinoma and large cell carcinoma were 63.64%(14/22)、70.00%(7/10)、71.43%(5/7)、66.67%(4/6) respectively. The Ezrin positive rate of non-small cell lung cancer was significantly lower than that of normal lung issue (P0.05). Besides,expression area of Ezrin was often in the cytoplasma for lung cancer and in the cell membrane in normal lung tissues. The expression of Ezrin protein was not related to pathological type 、differentiations and stage,but its expression was related to lymph nodes metastasis. Conclusion:The results suggest that Ezrin protein is down-regulated in lung caneer tissue and its locational change from cell membrane to cell plasma may be assoeiated with the oncogenesis and metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.
