| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价曲面断层摄影 (panormicradiograph ,PR)对颌面部骨折的诊断价值 .方法 :对 12 0例颌面部骨折进行PR和常规X线 (traditionalradiograph ,TR)对照检查 ,部分病例加做CT ,并对结果进行统计分析 .结果 :PR和TR对下颌骨骨折诊断准确率分别为 91%和 76 % ,两者存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;对面中部骨折 ,PR和TR显示率分别为 4 3%和 80 % .结论 :PR优点是对下颌骨骨折诊断准确率高 ;对诊断下颌骨多发性骨折优越性明显 ;对上颌后部牙槽突骨折显示好 ;体位舒适 ,操作方便 .PR缺点是 :对髁状突、下颌角及颏部骨折容易漏诊 ,对升支骨折内、外侧移位不能显示 ,配合TR可提高诊断准确率 ;对多数面中部骨折诊断 ,PR不及TR ,以CT最佳 ,不能站立配合者 ,PR检查受限

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis value of panoramic radiography (PR) in maxillafacial fractures. Methods: 120 cases of maxillafacial fractures were examined and compared between PR and traditional radiography (TR). Results: The diagnosis rates of PR and TR for lower jaw fractures were 91% and 76% respectively, the both have significant difference (P<0.05); the show rates of PR and TR in midfacial fractures were 43% and 80% respectively. Conclusion: PR has especial diagnosis value for mandibular fractures. The back alveolar fractures of maxillary can be shown clearly by PR. But certain fractures of manibular angle, chin and rumu are often neglected by PR. For the midfacial fractures, TR is better than PR, however, CT is the best. |
