3248名市民流调用抑郁量表（CES—D）测评状况分析

目的：调查上海市中心城区抑郁症状发生率，探索对市民精神卫生干预模式。方法：抽取静安区五个街道各2500户，大于15岁，3356名市民，有效样本3248人。采用按整群抽样方法，并且使用流调用抑郁量表对相关因素分析。结果：在3248名被调查者中，有抑郁症状者占24．9％。结论：静安区市民身心总体健康状况良好，但仍存在一些危害健康的亚健康抑郁症状，亚健康已严重影响人们的健康和工作，应引起政府高度重视。必须加强市民健康教育和认识，对不同健康状态的人群进行相应干预，提高人们的生活质量。

Mental Health Evaluation on People in the urban area by CES- D

Objective：To investigate incidence of depressive symptoms in the central urban area of Shanghai, and explore the public mental health intervention model. Methods： By Using of cluster sampling method . and depression scale analysis of relevant factors from 2500 families of the five streets, 3356 people over 15 years old, An effective sample of 3248 people. Results： The results of respondents in 3248, there are symptoms of depression accounted for 24.9%. Conclusions ： The general physical and mental health of community residents in Shanghai Jing＇an District is good, but there are still some risks of semi - health symptoms. Interventions and ed- ucations to different groups of people with different mental health status suggested. Semi - health problem has seriously affected people health and work, should be paid great attention by the Government. Public health education and awareness must be strengthened. The interventions of different groups of people with mental health status needed to improve people＇s quality of life.
