摘    要:目的:优选并确立复方肾炎胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用水提工艺,以干浸膏得率、丹参酮ⅡA含量为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验对复方肾炎胶囊的水提工艺进行优化;建立了复方肾炎胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。结果:复方肾炎胶囊水提最佳工艺条件为A3B3C2,即每次加水8倍量,每次煎煮2 h,煎煮2次。结论:优选出的水提工艺经济,方法简单可行,提取率较高。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of compound Shenyan capsules.Method:Using dry extract yielding rate as the index,an L9(34) orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process by water for compound Shenyan capsules.The content of tanshinone ⅡA in compound Shenyan capsules was determined by HPLC.Result:The optimal extraction technology of compound Shenyan capsules was A3B3C2,namely 8 times of water,extracting twice with 2 h each time.Conclusion:The established extraction method is simple and feasible with high effectiveness.
