| 摘 要： | 目的：增加薄层色谱鉴别项和含量测定项,全面控制止痢宁片的质量。方法：采用薄层色谱法对穿心莲、苦参、木香进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。结果：定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显,专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;脱水穿心莲内酯含量在14.7102.9μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9,n=7）,平均回收率为99.71%,RSD=2.23（n=9）。结论：本质量标准可用于止痢宁片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To optimize the quality standanl for Zhilining tablets by TLC and HPLC.Method：TLC was performed to identify Herba Andrographis,Radix Sophotae Flavescentis and Radix Aucklandiae.HPLC was used to determine the content of dehydroandrographolide.Result：The identification characteristics of TLC were distinct and highly specific.Dehydroandrographolide had the linear range of 14.7-102.9 μg？ml-1（r=0.999 9,n =7）.The average recovery was 99.71%,and RSD was 2.23%（n =9）. Conclusion：The method can be used in the quality control of Zhilining tablets. |
