| 摘 要： | 目的：对市售小活络丸中松香酸进行鉴定,并研究其定量检测方法。方法：采用TLC、HPLC-PAD、HPLC-MS等对多批市售小活络丸中松香酸进行定性定量分析。结果：经检测,19批市售品中有12批检出松香酸,其含量在0.064 42.375 5mg·g-1。结论：市售小活络丸误用混入松香的乳香、没药等原料投产现象较多,应加大监管力度。本文所建立的检测方法,可作为小活络丸的补充检验方法。

| Abstract: | Objective;To identify abietic acid in Xiaohuoluo pills and study the determination method.Method：Abietic acid was identified by TLC,HPLC-PAD and HPLC-MS.The content of abietic acid in Xiaohuoluo pills was determined by HPLC.Result： Nineteen batches of Xiaohuoluo pills were tested,among them,twelve batches had abietic acid,and the content was within the range of 0.064 4-2.375 5 mg？g-1.Conclusion：Most of Xiaohuoluo pills were made from frankincense with rosin or myrrh with rosin.Supervision and control should be strengthened to guarantee the quality.The developed method can be used as the supplementary inspection method for Xiaohuoluo pills. |
