原发性食管小细胞癌的临床特点及治疗

目的　分析原发性食管小细胞癌的临床特点和治疗。方法　 6例食管小细胞癌患者均接受根治性切除 ,局部淋巴结清扫和胃代食管胸内或颈部吻合术。术后均辅以化学治疗和免疫治疗。结果　全组病例无手术死亡 ,经随访 ,肿瘤多因血循环转移而死亡。结论　原发性食管小细胞癌是一种恶性程度很高、临床少见的肿瘤 ,早期手术结合化学治疗及免疫治疗可提高疗效。

Clinical Characteristics and treatment of Primary Small Cell Carcinoma of the Esophagus

Objective To analyse the clinic feature and treatment of primary small cell carcinoma of the esophagus. Methods Six cases of primary small cell carcinoma of the esophagus underwent radical resection, regional lymph nodes clearance and esophageal stomach anastomosis in the thorax or neck. After surgery, all cases received chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Results None of them died during operative period, and most of them died because of extensive metastasis during follow up. Conclusions Primary small cell carcinoma of the esophagus is very malignant and rare tumor. Radical resection combining with chemotherapy and immunotherapy is helpful in limited stage cases.
