整形修复治疗在手部烧伤瘢痕挛缩畸形患者中的应用效果

探究对手部烧伤瘢痕挛缩畸形患者实施整形修复治疗的效果。方法 选取我院2020年 8月-2023年8月收治的52例手部烧伤瘢痕挛缩畸形患者为研究对象，随机分为参照组和观察组，各26例。 参照组给予常规手术治疗，观察组给予整形修复治疗，比较两组临床疗效、生活质量及外观满意度。 结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%，高于参照组的69.23%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治 疗后生活质量各项评分均高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组外观满意度为88.46%，高于 参照组的57.69%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 整形修复治疗在手部烧伤瘢痕挛缩畸形患者中的 应用效果确切，可有效减轻瘢痕，恢复患者的手部功能，有利于提高外观满意度，对于改善患者的生活质 量具有积极作用。

Application Effect of Plastic Repair for Patients with Burn Scar Contracture Deformity in hand

To explore the effect of plastic repair for patients with burn scar contracture deformity in hand. Methods A total of 52 patients with burn scar contracture deformity in hand admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were randomly divided into reference group and observation group, with 26 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine surgical treatment, and the observation group was given plastic repair treatment. The clinical efficacy, quality of life and appearance satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.31%, which was higher than 69.23% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The appearance satisfaction of the observation group was 88.46%, which was higher than 57.69% of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of plastic repair for patients with burn scar contracture deformity in hand is effective, which can effectively reduce the scar, restore the patient''s hand function, improve the appearance satisfaction, and play a positive role in improving the quality of life of patients.
