黄山风景区2010年旅店业卫生监测结果分析

目的了解黄山风景区旅店业公共场所卫生状况,探索提高公共场所卫生管理水平的策略。方法按照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》要求,于2010年5月,对黄山风景区旅店业公共场所相关卫生指标进行现场卫生监测。结果室内空气环境和公用物品总项次合格率为94.4%,公用物品合格率99.2%显著高于室内空气环境指标合格率93.6%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。室内空气环境8项监测指标中,温度、相对湿度和细菌总数合格率偏低。高档宾馆台面照度合格率明显高于普通宾馆,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论黄山风景区旅店业公共场所总体卫生状况尚好,卫生部门应加大经常性卫生监督监测的覆盖率及频次,加强卫生技术指导。

Analysis of the sanitation surveillance in hotel industries of Mount Huangshan Scenic Area,2010

Objective The purpose of this paper is to study the public sanitation in hotel industries of Mount Huangshan Scenic Area,and explore the management strategy for improving public sanitation.Method： All the public areas of hotel industry in Mount Huangshan Scenic Area were monitored on field,according to ＂technical specification of public sanitation Monitoring ＂.Results The total qualified rate of indoor air environment and public resource was 94.4%.The qualified rate of public goods（99.2%） was significantly higher than that of indoor air（93.6%） environment（P0.01）.Among the eight indicators of indoor air environment,the qualified rates of temperature,relative humidity and total bacterial counts were relatively lower.The qualified rate of illumination in high-grade hotels was significantly higher than that in common ones（P0.01）.Conclusion The sanitation quality in hotel industry of Mount Huangshan Scenic Area was in good condition on the whole.The health department should enlarge the coverage and frequency in sanitation monitoring,and strengthen the technical instruction.
