曲马多联合高强度聚焦超声治疗胰腺癌疼痛的疗效观察

目的探讨曲马多联合高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗胰腺癌疼痛的疗效。方法 54例胰腺癌患者在HIFU治疗后联合曲马多口服镇痛,分析首次起效时间,对疼痛程度采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）进行评分,对疗效进行分析。结果 54例患者首次起效时间为（29.13±21.59）min,治疗前平均疼痛的VAS评分为（4.81±1.27）分。治疗后平均疼痛的评分为（4.07±1.49）分,二者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,止痛总有效率为100%。结论曲马多联合HIFU治疗胰腺癌能控制肿瘤进展,有效缓解疼痛,提高生活质量。

Effect observation of tramadol combined with HIFU on pain treatment of pancreatic carcinoma

Objective To explore the effect of tramadol combined with high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） in the pain treatment of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Fifty-four patients with pancreatic carcinoma took oral tramadol to relieve pain after the HIFU treatment.The visual analogue scales（VAS） was applied to evaluate the pain degree and analyze the first onset time,then the effects were analyzed. Results The first onset time in 54 patients was（29.13±21.59） min,the average between scores（VAS） before and after treatment were（4.81±1.27） and（4.07±1.49） respectively.Statistical difference existed between before and after treatment.The total effective rate on relieving pain was 100%.Conclusion Tramadol combined with HIFU could control tumor′s progress,relieve pain effectively and improve the life quality.
