| 摘 要： | 目的：逐步构建以北京大学深圳医院为平台的护理绩效管理评估标体系,科学地评价护理工作绩效。方法：根据文献回顾法、专家咨询法,进行护理绩效管理指标库的建立与筛选,同时采用层次分析法确定指标权重系数。结果：最终建立了一套由3个一级指标,10个二级指标,37个三级关键业绩指标构成的评估体系。结论：为该院开展护理绩效管理工作,提供了一套较为完整的评估指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a system of nursing performance indexes.Methods:We identified the indexes'structure based on literature review,performance theories as well as interview,and used analytic hierarchy process method to confirm the weight of the indexes.Results:The performance index system comprised 3 levels,with 3 indexes in level one,10 indexes in level two and 37 indexes in level three.Conclusion:The study formed a complete set of nursing performance appraisal system. |
