接种腮腺炎疫苗后再感染流行性腮腺炎的探讨

目的：探讨接种腮腺以苗后再感染流行性腮腺炎的原因。方法：对115例接种腮腺炎疫苗后再发生流行性腮腺炎的患儿血清，用单链构象多态性分析（PCR－SSCP）法分离得到流行株与疫苗株的核苷酸序列，分析其分子生物学特点。结果：流行株与疫苗株的核苷酸序列相差8个核苷酸，流行株之彰有1－2个核苷酸差异。结论：接种腮腺炎疫苗后再发生感染的原因可能是流行株与疫苗株核苷酸序列相差太大，从而导致疫苗保护力不足，引起再次发病。

Recurrence of epidemic parotitis after vaccination of parotitis vaccine

Objective To explore the cause of recurrence of epidemic parotitis after vaccination of parotitis vaccine. Methods One hundred and fifteen serum samples of children with recurrence of epidemic parotitis after vaccination of parotitis vaccine were detected.The nucleotide sequences of the epidemic and vaccine strains were divided apart by PCR SSCP method,then molecular biological characters of both parotitis virus were analyzed. Results Eight nucleotides were different between epidemic and vaccine strains,and 1-2 nucleotides were different among the epidemic strians. Conclusion The possible reason for recurrence of epidemic parotitis is the great difference of nucleotides sequence between the epidemic and vaccine strains, so the vaccination is not enough to prevent recurrence of epidemic parotitis.
