| 摘 要： | 目的:总结急诊体外循环(EECC)手术的疗效及治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析武汉大学人民医院1980年1月至2012年1月期间,应用EECC技术辅助抢救心血管疾病濒危患者23例。结果:建立EECC最快8min,平均约20min,总体外循环时间28-275min,平均约113min;全组无体外循环并发症,均顺利停机。1例心脏瓣膜双瓣置换术后次日因急性心衰死亡,其余22例均存活并顺利康复,手术成功率95.7%,术后随访6个月,生存良好。结论:EECC对心血管外科濒危患者的救治,是一种可行的、卓有成效的、有广泛应用前景的重要抢救措施。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of emergency extracorporeal circulation(EECC) and summarize the experience.Methods: The clinical data of 23 cases using EECC underwent open surgery were retrospectively analyzed from January 1980 to January 2012.Results: The average time of EECC establishment and duration was 20 min and 113 min respectively.In these 23 cases,one patient died of acute heart failure the day after double valve replacement,and the other 22 patients survived in 6 months’ follow-up.And the success rate was 95.7%.Conclusion: EECC is a feasible,effective and promising method for emergency cardiovascular surgery. |
